Our passion for excellence shows. Homebuilding is all about meticulous attention to detail. Without passion for those details, they become chores. And most people feel best about chores when they are completed quickly and then forgotten. At Meyer Homes we do not see details as something to be completed quickly and then forgotten. We see them as mini milestones toward the goal of achieving excellence in the construction of a home.

Craig Meyer
Craig Meyer, president of Meyer Homes, has been building custom homes and renovations since the 1980's. He has won awards for home construction and design as well as residential subdivision development. These awards underscore his commitment to memorable, enduring architectural design on land that is developed in an environmentally sensitive manner.

We build homes that our customers envision in their mind's eye - complete with the nuances and details that take them back to a time when style and grace were the standards in homebuilding. We achieve this by rooting our homes in the past and keeping them in touch with the present.

"When building neighborhoods we pay close attention to natural land features. Small plateaus can provide good locations to site homes. Strands of trees are identified between homes and preserved to enhance privacy. Roadways and driveways are designed to adopt the natural topography of the land, where possible, not to fight against it. In the end, we believe this careful attention not only to our homes, but also to the land on which they are situated, results in uncommon communities.
